Text
“We drove around to different places, we went to some malls, to an antique shop…. And then she gave me some money, like she always does, and I left because I had to stay with mom for a couple of days. Then she calls the next day and the first thing she says is “You´ve taken money from me! There’s money missing from my wallet!” I was like, uuh… what the…. I just couldn’t believe my ears, that she thought that I’d stolen money from her. I got so angry so I just hung up on her. I had to meet Anne, so I left and was gone the whole day. When I came back in the evening, she’d called and told mom that she’d looked through the receipts and noticed, that she’d spent much more money than she thought she had. But, if you ask me, shouldn’t you look through your receipts first, before you start accusing your grandchildren for stealing?! Mom said I should call her back, but I said that I’m never talking to that woman again unless she calls first and apologize. And my grandmother has never apologized to anyone in her entire life. But she called.”
